Do not use: vox-director, book-sales-video, simon-skills, director output, hbg-classical-poem, kid-papercraft, anything2explainer, or official full-length videos from video-talkcraft (reasoning in ROUTER-PLAN.md).
Step 2: Apply Shared House Rules (Mandatory for Every Video)
- Use Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) and Taiwanese vocabulary; use "" instead of em-dashes (—).
- Voiceover: For Chinese, use your own ElevenLabs voice
<YOUR_ELEVENLABS_VOICE_ID>; for English, use Sarah Explains. Natural speed, no speed-up. First useestimate_onlyto check credits. - Voiceover follows the subtitles exactly: the finalized subtitle file is the sole source; on-screen subtitles are chunked from the same file.
- News videos report only the news, without Josh's first-person perspective, unless he requests it.
- BGM: include whenever possible; if included, mark the track name, source, and license in
facts.md; otherwise, do not block delivery. - No brand logos on screen; footage must match the real context of the corresponding sentence.
- Vertical 1080x1920, under 3 minutes; for IG version, use
video-pipeline/reel.sh igto compress to under 45 MB. - For videos based on YouTube content, include the original link in all posts and credit the original creator.
- Do not use paid services or add new API keys; if needed, stop and ask Josh.
- VoiceStudio rules: do not upload user recordings; do not replicate voices without the person's consent.
- Do not use Chinese services (Doubao, Volcano Engine, Feishu, WeChat Read, Jimeng, LibTV).
