Diagnoses execution blocks using the Adlerian psychology framework. Trigger: /dbs-action, "/action", "I know what to do but can't do it", "why do I procrastinate"
This skill leverages the Adlerian psychology framework to analyze and diagnose the root causes of execution blocks—the frustrating gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. It is designed for users who frequently experience procrastination or inertia despite having clear goals or plans. By engaging with triggers like `/dbs-action` or natural language prompts such as "I know what to do but can't do it", the skill provides a structured psychological assessment that helps users uncover hidden reasons behind their lack of action. It is intended for use with AI assistants like Claude Code or similar agent platforms, offering a conversational yet diagnostic approach. The skill is particularly useful for developers, professionals, or anyone looking to improve productivity through self-understanding, translating complex psychological concepts into actionable insights.
