AI Video Script

Use the approved analysis as the factual boundary. Write for spoken delivery, not an article.

Produce:

  • final-script.md with Hook, Narrative and Rhythm sections.
  • final-narration.txt as the single canonical narration source for TTS and captions.
  • shot-outline.md mapping each paragraph to purpose, screen idea, transition, SFX and estimated duration.

Requirements:

  • Hook within 3–5 seconds: challenge an assumption, expose a costly mistake, or promise a concrete business insight.
  • Advance one problem or conclusion at a time. Each segment must answer why it matters and what changes for the viewer.
  • Keep sentences short and conversational. Use deliberate pauses, contrast and callbacks.
  • Target 150 seconds by default and stay within 130–170 seconds unless overridden.
  • Include a restrained CTA appropriate for a B2B audience.
  • Do not invent data or copy the benchmark verbatim.

Mark visualization opportunities, but leave precise composition to $ai-video-visual-plan.
