M1 SHARED → IMAGE → CANVA IMAGE TO VIDEO

This is a NEW SEPARATE shared production skill. Do not modify or replace channel-specific scheduling skills/workflows. It may be used for Healthy Living Daily, Beauty Tips Daily, RepUp, BT, or another explicitly selected/configured channel. The active channel MUST be locked at STEP 1 and preserved through the run. Never mix branding, watermark, caption CTA, destinations, or scheduling rules between channels.

ABSOLUTE RULE — ONE STEP PER TURN

Run exactly ONE numbered step per user turn.

  • Sử dụng skill / start command: execute STEP 1 only.
  • Tiếp: execute only the next pending step.
  • Thử lại: repeat the current step.
  • Never skip a blocked verification gate.
  • Never pre-complete a later step.
  • Show current step / total steps and cumulative progress every turn.
  • Stop after reporting the current step and wait for explicit user authorization.

Shared channel baseline

At STEP 1 resolve and lock the active channel/project from the user's command/current workflow context.

  • Language: use the active channel's configured language; default natural US English when no different channel rule exists.
  • Timezone/destinations: use that channel's own configuration; never inherit HL destinations into another channel.
  • Watermark/handle: use the active channel's own approved handle. Never hard-code @healthylivingdaily_co for non-HL content.
  • Caption/CTA: use the active channel's caption style and CTA rules. Exactly 5 hashtags unless that channel explicitly has a different locked rule.
  • RU CTA baseline: include Like + Share + Follow + bio CTA when applicable; write them naturally and contextually, not as a mechanical four-line checklist.
  • Beauty CTA baseline: MUST use the same engagement structure/style as M1 RU — Like + Share + Follow + bio CTA when applicable. Tailor the wording to the specific beauty post, keep it natural, and do not mechanically stack four generic CTA lines.
  • Beauty bio CTA default wording may use Click the link in bio for more or a natural topic-specific equivalent. Do not invent or print a raw bio URL unless explicitly required.
  • Bio CTA: include when required by the active channel; wording must be natural rather than a mechanical CTA list.
  • Health/beauty/wellness content must not diagnose, treat, cure, reverse, prevent, guarantee, or exaggerate effects.
  • Prefer evidence-calibrated language such as may, can, may help, may support, is associated with, where supported.

LIVE AutoLV channel registry — EXACT IDS

The skill is shared across ALL currently configured AutoLV channels. Before LL/scheduling, re-read LIVE AutoLV1 channel state because IDs/destinations may change.

ID RULE:

  • Store BOTH account_id, channel_id, and exact AutoLV value = account_id|channel_id.
  • When an exact saved ID is used, it MUST match the active channel name + service from LIVE AutoLV1.
  • Never substitute an ID from another service even when the visible handle/name is identical.
  • If LIVE state disagrees with this registry, STOP scheduling, refresh the registry, then continue. LIVE AutoLV1 is source of truth.

Channel isolation rules:

  • STEP 1 must lock exactly which project/channel group is active.
  • Never infer that channels sharing an account belong to the same publishing group.
  • Never copy HL watermark/caption/schedule into Beauty, RU, or standalone Facebook channels.
  • For standalone channels without a known public handle, use the channel's approved branding from its own workflow; do not invent a watermark/handle.
  • If LIVE AutoLV1 later contains a channel not listed above, it is automatically eligible for this shared production skill, but its branding/content rules must be resolved before image generation and its LIVE channel identity must be resolved again before LL.

12 steps

  1. CONTENT — 8%
  2. FACT-CHECK — 16%
  3. CLAIM SAFETY — 24%
  4. FINAL CONTENT — 32%
  5. VISUAL — 40%
  6. CAPTION — 48%
  7. FINAL CONTENT GATE — 56%
  8. IMAGE 9:16 / 4:5 — 65%
  9. IMAGE QA — 72%
  10. CANVA IMAGE-TO-VIDEO MOTION DESCRIPTION — 82%
  11. CANVA IMAGE-TO-VIDEO FINAL PROMPT — 90%
  12. RENDER REVIEW / HANDOFF — 100% only after an actual rendered video is supplied and inspected; otherwise cap at 90%.

STEP 1 — CONTENT

Build the infographic/content in the active channel's configured language and editorial style. Keep it concise, mobile-readable and appropriate for that channel. Lock BOTH the active channel/project and article/topic so later steps cannot silently switch channel or topic.

STEP 2 — FACT-CHECK: HARD GATE

Enumerate every factual/numerical nutrition or health claim. Directly verify against authoritative primary/reliable sources as applicable (USDA FoodData Central, NIH, FDA, CDC or equivalent). For numerical claims record units, serving size, raw/cooked state, variety/form and calculation assumptions. Maintain PASS / PENDING / CONFLICT. If anything material remains unverified or contradictory, remain BLOCKED at STEP 2.

STEP 3 — CLAIM SAFETY

Remove or soften unsupported causal, treatment, detox/cleanse, cure, prevention, reversal, guaranteed, disease-treatment, rapid weight-loss or similar claims. Do not imply that food directly repairs/heals an organ unless evidence supports the exact claim.

STEP 4 — FINAL CONTENT

Produce the exact final infographic copy after verification and safety corrections. This text becomes locked input for the visual.

STEP 5 — VISUAL

Specify the image composition before rendering:

  • vertical mobile-first infographic;
  • clean, high contrast, readable hierarchy;
  • realistic foods/objects where applicable;
  • safe margins for social UI;
  • no source/third-party branding;
  • active channel's approved watermark/handle;
  • no visual noise, film grain, VHS, glitch, flicker, chromatic aberration, random particles, noisy overlays or compression-artifact styling. The visual must communicate only the verified final content.

STEP 6 — CAPTION

Write a natural US-English caption matching the final content and image. Include useful context, the ACTIVE CHANNEL's CTA structure, bio-link CTA when applicable, and exactly 5 hashtags. For Beauty Tips Daily, CTA MUST follow M1 RU style: Like + Share + Follow + bio CTA, integrated naturally into one or two contextual sentences rather than a generic four-line list. The CTA should reference the actual post topic when possible. For RepUp, retain its existing M1 RU CTA style. Do not introduce new unsupported claims that are absent from verified final content.

STEP 7 — FINAL CONTENT GATE: HARD GATE

Recheck every claim in the FINAL infographic text and caption. Verify:

  • correct article/topic;
  • factual and numerical accuracy;
  • safe claim wording;
  • content ↔ visual ↔ caption consistency;
  • correct channel/language;
  • exactly 5 hashtags;
  • channel-specific CTA compliance (Beauty = M1 RU-style Like + Share + Follow + bio CTA when applicable);
  • watermark/format requirements. Any correction sends the affected artifact back through verification. Do not create final image while unresolved.

STEP 8 — IMAGE 9:16 / 4:5

Only after STEP 7 PASS:

  • 916 = generate final 9:16 image.
  • 45 = generate final 4:5 image. Default for Canva Image to Video source is 9:16. The image is the visual source of truth for later animation. Do not change its topic, labels, pairings, object identities or verified numbers during animation design.

STEP 9 — IMAGE QA

Actually inspect the generated image before writing motion. Check:

  • all text and numbers against STEP 4;
  • spelling and label uniqueness;
  • crop/safe zones;
  • object-to-label mapping;
  • watermark;
  • readability;
  • no missing/duplicated rows or objects;
  • no visual-noise effects;
  • no unsafe visual implication. If image QA fails, regenerate/fix the image and repeat STEP 9. Do not proceed to Canva animation description from a defective image.

STEP 10 — CANVA IMAGE-TO-VIDEO MOTION DESCRIPTION

After the image passes QA, create a motion description based STRICTLY on the finished image for Canva Image to Video → Custom.

A. REFERENCE FIDELITY

  • Treat the uploaded final image as the locked master scene.
  • Preserve aspect ratio, layout, row/column count, labels, text, food/object identities, pairings, background, colors and visual hierarchy.
  • Do not add, delete, replace, reorder, crop or redesign factual content.

B. ABSOLUTE STATIC-SCENE RULE

THE SCENE ITSELF MUST REMAIN COMPLETELY STATIC. Always lock:

  • camera;
  • background;
  • typography/title/labels;
  • food/nuts;
  • leaves/decorations;
  • shelves/dividers;
  • watermark;
  • lighting;
  • shadows;
  • overall layout and framing.

Only the designated medical/health/educational illustration in each row may move. Do not animate food merely to make the scene feel active. Do not animate multiple decorative areas. Movement must be tiny, localized, slow and visually plausible.

C. ILLUSTRATION-ONLY MOTION

For every animated illustration specify:

  • exact existing illustration allowed to move;
  • exact sub-part allowed to move;
  • subtle action;
  • everything surrounding it that MUST remain fixed.

The allowed illustration is TOPIC-DEPENDENT, not limited to medical graphics. Examples:

  • health/medical: heart may gently beat; artery stays fixed while existing blood cells flow; gauge stays fixed while only its needle moves;
  • beauty/cosmetics: lipstick/product stays fixed while only a tiny glossy/specular reflection moves across the existing surface or swatch;
  • food/nutrition: food itself normally stays fixed; animate only a separate educational illustration if one exists and motion adds meaning;
  • fitness: body/pose/layout stays fixed unless a specific exercise illustration is explicitly designated for a small localized movement.

For dense infographics, prefer ONE type of subtle motion shared across the allowed illustrations rather than many independent actions. Never require every object to move. If motion is unnecessary or risks instability, keep it static.

D. MOTION SAFETY

Animation is educational illustration only. Never depict instant healing, curing, detoxing, fat melting, organ repair, plaque removal, artery cleansing, dramatic blood-pressure reduction, glucose disappearing or guaranteed transformation.

E. TEXT LOCK

All approved text must remain completely static, sharp and unchanged. No text animation, regeneration, rewriting, morphing, duplication, spelling changes or changing numbers.

F. TEMPORAL STABILITY — HARD GATE

Static regions must remain visually identical frame-to-frame as far as the generator allows. The following are FAIL conditions:

  • temporal shimmer;
  • texture crawling;
  • micro-jitter;
  • edge shimmer;
  • text shimmer;
  • flicker;
  • background movement;
  • lighting/color variation;
  • surface regeneration;
  • object morphing/deformation;
  • film grain/static;
  • random particles;
  • glitch/VHS;
  • chromatic aberration;
  • compression-like noise.

If a generated clip shows these defects, do NOT approve it. Simplify motion further and regenerate.

G. CANVA-SPECIFIC BREVITY

Canva Image to Video → Custom should receive a clear motion prompt, not a long cinematic screenplay. Prioritize, in this order:

  1. lock entire scene;
  2. name only the illustration(s) allowed to move;
  3. describe tiny localized motion;
  4. explicitly lock text/numbers;
  5. prohibit camera motion and temporal artifacts.

STEP 10 must end with ONE consolidated motion plan for the whole image. Do not split the final animation instructions into separate prompts.

STEP 11 — CANVA IMAGE-TO-VIDEO FINAL PROMPT

Convert STEP 10 into EXACTLY ONE copy-ready English prompt for Canva Image to Video → Custom. The user should be able to copy the entire code block and paste it directly into Canva without combining fragments.

The single prompt must explicitly say:

  • keep the entire infographic completely static;
  • treat the uploaded image as a locked master scene;
  • ONLY the specifically named topic-relevant illustration(s) may have subtle localized motion;
  • camera/background/text/layout/lighting/watermark and all non-designated objects remain fixed;
  • preserve exact text, labels, numbers, colors, positions, shapes and pairings;
  • maximum frame-to-frame stability;
  • no shimmer, flicker, texture crawling, micro-jitter, morphing, particles, grain, noise or camera movement.

For beauty/cosmetics infographics, default to product-position lock and tiny glossy/specular reflection only when appropriate; do not rotate, raise/lower, open/close, melt, smear, recolor or regenerate products/swatches unless explicitly requested.

For dense multi-item infographics, prefer subtle surface/reflection motion over physical object movement to reduce temporal instability.

Do NOT write a Google Flow/Veo prompt. Do NOT request cinematic camera behavior. Do NOT add narration/voice instructions unless the Canva mode being used actually supports audio; audio/music can be added separately in Canva editing.

Before PASS, compare the final Canva prompt against the approved image and STEP 10. Any mismatch must be corrected.

STEP 12 — RENDER REVIEW / HANDOFF

This step requires the ACTUAL Canva Image to Video render supplied by the user. Inspect:

  • composition/reference fidelity;
  • all text/labels/numbers;
  • missing/duplicated objects;
  • camera stability;
  • animation continuity;
  • factual/medical communication;
  • static-scene compliance: only approved illustration areas move;
  • temporal stability: no shimmer, texture crawling, micro-jitter, text shimmer or flicker;
  • noise/glitch/artifacts;
  • ending frame/loop behavior where relevant. PASS = 100%. If no actual render is available, workflow remains at 90% and STEP 12 is PENDING.

IMPORTANT: scheduling is separate

This skill's purpose is CONTENT → FINAL IMAGE → CANVA IMAGE-TO-VIDEO PROMPT → RENDER REVIEW. Do NOT automatically LL/schedule merely because the image or Canva prompt is complete. If the user explicitly asks LL with a hosted final media URL, hand off to the ACTIVE CHANNEL's existing AutoLV scheduling rules and use LIVE AutoLV1 state as the source of truth. Never use HL schedule/destinations for Beauty/RU/another channel, or vice versa.

Per-turn report format

STEP N/12 — [NAME] Input & verification: what was actually checked. Result: PASS or BLOCKED. Progress: X%. Locked state: important approved content/assets that later steps must preserve. Next: STEP N+1 — [NAME], or repeat current step if blocked. STOP: wait for explicit Tiếp.
