Health + public stats

• GET /healthz → { ok: true }
• GET /api/count → { ok: true, count: <number> }
• GET /api/signups?limit=50 → last N signups (redacted; no contact/notes)
• GET /signups → human-friendly page listing recent signups + live count

Notes

• This waitlist stores an append-only JSONL record of submissions.
• Do not send secrets.
