Claude-Memory-MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designed to offload local project context—such as .md files, rules, and documentation—into a Supabase Vector Database. By using local embeddings via Ollama, this server enables semantic retrieval of information, effectively "infinite" memory, and a much cleaner context window for Claude.
