Dieses Skill-Paket definiert eine standardisierte Methode zur Veröffentlichung und Entdeckung von KI-Agenten-Fähigkeiten (Agent Skills) über die `llms.txt`-Datei, ähnlich wie es `llms.txt` für Kontextinformationen tut. Es enthält eine Referenzimplementierung (RFC v0.2) mit einem Parser, einem Validator, einem JSON-Schema und Beispiel-Skills. Entwickler können damit ihre Skills in einem maschinenlesbaren Format beschreiben und in `llms.txt` referenzieren, um eine automatische Erkennung durch Tools wie Claude Code, Cursor oder Codex zu ermöglichen. Das JSON-Schema definiert die Felder `name`, `description`, `url`, `command` und `parameters` für jeden Skill und sorgt so für Konsistenz und Validierung.
