Das JASSBR/dinobot-playbook ist ein umfassendes Team-Playbook für das Dinobot-Projekt. Es beschreibt die Architektur, Entwicklungs-Workflows, Claude-Fähigkeiten (Skills) und die Einrichtung des Projektmanagements (PM). Entwickler und KI-Agenten können dieses Playbook nutzen, um einheitliche Standards zu definieren, wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu automatisieren und die Zusammenarbeit zu optimieren. Es unterstützt Claude Code und ähnliche KI-Assistenten, indem es klare Richtlinien und konfigurierte Skills bereitstellt. Das Playbook wird als strukturierte Markdown-Datei (SKILL.md) bereitgestellt und kann direkt in Claude Code oder anderen kompatiblen Plattformen verwendet werden.
