Der Agent analysiert Logdaten, Metriken und Tracing-Informationen aus Kubernetes und anderen Quellen, um Root-Cause-Analysen zu erstellen und konkrete Lösungsschritte vorzuschlagen. Er integriert sich in gängige Slack- und Chat-Plattformen und kann Befehle für Debugging, Rollbacks oder Skalierung automatisieren. Durch die Nutzung von Large Language Models und kontextbezogenen Abfragen reduziert HolmesGPT die mittlere Behebungszeit (MTTR) erheblich und unterstützt Teams dabei, betriebliche Exzellenz im SRE-Bereich zu erreichen.
