Cartograph ist ein Service-Katalog und Architektur-Atlas, der speziell für polyglotte Microservice-Organisationen entwickelt wurde. Es generiert eine statische Website aus einem strukturierten Manifest, das mit einem Zod-Schema validiert wird. Das Tool bietet Claude Code-Fähigkeiten (Skills), um den gesamten Lebenszyklus des Katalogs zu unterstützen: Initialisierung (init), Fortführung (continue) und Aktualisierung (update). Entwickler können damit ihre Microservice-Landschaft dokumentieren, Abhängigkeiten visualisieren und Änderungen nachvollziehen. Die statische Ausgabe ist leicht hosting-bar und benötigt keine Datenbank. Cartograph ist nützlich für Teams, die einen zentralen, automatisch generierten Überblick über ihre verteilte Architektur benötigen und dabei die Flexibilität verschiedener Programmiersprachen erhalten möchten. Es unterstützt die Arbeit mit Claude Code als primäre Plattform.
